  • ProductsWorld is an online store operating in Pakistan, selling products exclusively to customers with a delivery address within Pakistan.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

3.3 Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing/description.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or phone call.

3.4 Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) [and/or other methods, if applicable, e.g., bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card payment — update as needed].
  • Full payment (or applicable advance, if any) must be completed as per the payment method chosen at checkout.

3.5 Shipping

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

3.6 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at productworld886@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but our Return Policy will apply.

3.7 Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and product descriptions, is the property of ProductsWorld and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

3.8 Limitation of Liability

  • ProductsWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
